Niamh was kind and personable, even making last-minute adjustments to accommodate my schedule. I wanted a few natural-looking honey-toned highlights that would easily blend in with my natural hair colour and give a brightened look for winter, and had hoped that there would be more consultation on the colour and discussion about how the end result would look. The actual colour came out much more bleached and streakier than I had anticipated. I also ended up paying more than anticipated.
