Therapist did not regulate temperature of the wax at all. After telling her the wax is hot (bikini area) she still continued without adjustment. Not friendly at all.

Worst ever experience, hair brush was not cleaned for over a decade, colour brush was as old as hair brush, not enough staff, rushed too much, pulled & burnt my hair which left me with a real bad headache… nightmare..
