After I checked in I had to wait and one of the girls asked me how I want to cut my hair. After that they called someone to do my hair. I said I want straight cut and some layers added. The lady doing my hair didn't ask me how I want it and did whatever she liked even though I told her I want my layers to be long. She didn'tshow me how much she is cutting from the length.At the end I said it was OK because nothing couldbe done anymore anyway. Ill have to wait very long for my hair to regrow :(

Really rude: they didn’t make provision for my appt. I was in an argument between the stylist and the manager. I needed my hair done so couldn’t not have the appt but never again

I instead asked for a full colour change on arrival, and everyone was very accommodating and kind. Love the colour transformation (from dark blonde to copper). Thank you!

Therapist did not regulate temperature of the wax at all. After telling her the wax is hot (bikini area) she still continued without adjustment. Not friendly at all.
