The salon was unorganised, the wax was fairly painless, but when I left I was still covered in wax. And still had the hair. It seemed like they didn't want to do the treatment.

Pros
- The wash and albeit quick shampoo was good.
Cons:
- The receptionist who passed on my booking wasn't prepared. It was clear I was passed to the next available stylist and not a senior stylist.
- The stylist spoke minimal English which isn't an issue in itself however she did very little to communicate otherwise. For a restyle there was only TWO options - layered and straight.
- The stylist couldn't cut simple curtain bangs. I'll have to redo them myself.
