Pros
- The wash and albeit quick shampoo was good.
Cons:
- The receptionist who passed on my booking wasn't prepared. It was clear I was passed to the next available stylist and not a senior stylist.
- The stylist spoke minimal English which isn't an issue in itself however she did very little to communicate otherwise. For a restyle there was only TWO options - layered and straight.
- The stylist couldn't cut simple curtain bangs. I'll have to redo them myself.

It was a great wax, with an experienced lady who didn't miss anything. Was quick and painless. Highly recommend.

The salon is fine for an haircut but not for more complex treatments like bleach & tone. I don’t think they have the experience & training to provide the right results. Bleach leaked through to my hoodie & fumes hurt my eyes. Highlights left with orange undertones. No certificates/awards on the walls is a red flag. One of the stylists doubles as a receptionist so she’s constantly interrupted by reception duties, delaying the treatment. Card machine wasn’t working so had to pay £££ in cash.
