My hair was not washed properly which made my scalp itchy and irritated, I had to recommend the stylist to use some serum as my hair is frizzy and does not blow dry smooth without serum. The stylist did not know how to curly blow dry hair and I ended up telling her to just curl it with straighteners. I also said a LITTLE bit of hairspray, again stylist did not listen and my hair was doused in hairspray. I had to go elsewhere. also my hair is medium length but was charged for long hair. AVOID!!!!
