it was my first visit and it will be the last. The hairdresser did not even know how to cut hair. She cut herself and she was still allowed to trim my hair. She was so slow and I gathered she has no training what so ever. It was so noisy and they did not even have the right equipment for cutting hair or make up. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE

Anusha, a senior beauty therapist, was very friendly and well knowledge about her job. She made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time doing waxing outside of my house. Overall, she did a very good job. About the room and the bed that I was in, it wasn't very clean, melted wax was there from the previous session so I would like to ask them to pay great attention while cleaning other than that, my experience with Anusha was great. Absolutely kind and careful person

After I checked in I had to wait and one of the girls asked me how I want to cut my hair. After that they called someone to do my hair. I said I want straight cut and some layers added. The lady doing my hair didn't ask me how I want it and did whatever she liked even though I told her I want my layers to be long. She didn'tshow me how much she is cutting from the length.At the end I said it was OK because nothing couldbe done anymore anyway. Ill have to wait very long for my hair to regrow :(

Really rude: they didn’t make provision for my appt. I was in an argument between the stylist and the manager. I needed my hair done so couldn’t not have the appt but never again

I instead asked for a full colour change on arrival, and everyone was very accommodating and kind. Love the colour transformation (from dark blonde to copper). Thank you!
