I think Andrea is a great professional, she explained in detail all the process and answered all my questions. I had L.lifts before and I was a bit scared/cautious about trying a new place but I read her reviews and in all honesty 10/10 I agree!!!

Andrea was amazing, really good at putting me at ease and talking me through the process to make sure nothing was unfamiliar as it was my first facial. She was very informed and able to share tips and knowledge to help me make more informed choices in my skin care. my phone was low on battery and she was prepared with one so I could charge my phone during the appointment. Would recommend and go again!
