Thought my nails couldn't look worse than when I went in but they do. She didn't listen to what I wanted and went ahead with what she wanted to do. Didn't do a full & thorough treatment. Polish came off within a day. Very disappointed and awaiting my nails to grow back.

Andreea was very friendly, considerate, and helpful. As this was my first time trying sugaring, she took the time to explain things and made sure I was comfortable. Now I like it much more than regular waxing!
