I wasn't very impressed that they were not expecting me. I turned up to find out I wasn't booked in and was offered an appointment during a week day which I could not make. I was told that I should've confirmed the appointment, even though there is nothing mentioning this when booking or after booking, not very apologetic. However due to a cancellation at the time I was in the salon I was given an appointment that same evening, which was 9 hours after my actual appointment. The lady that cut my hair was excellent. She did an amazing job with my hair, and she did apologise for the inconvenience, however she did say that she didn’t start till later on that morning and wasn't sure why I was able to book an appointment.

Yes it staff were friendly my hair looked better than I've ever seen and it was very clean and relaxing!
Blow Dry
Had a upper lip wax as was in the salon having a manicure. It was quick and pain free. Lana is a very good and very professional at what she does. The salon is lovely and would recommend any treatment at the is salon.
Ladies' Waxing
Had a last minute eyebrow wax. Lana was very professional and quick. It didn't hurt and they looked great too. I would definitely recommend this salon for any treatments as I have been here many times.
