Amazing value for money for a full set of eyelash extensions. The technician was fast and accurate. It's day 4 and they're already staying on better than other places I have paid over £100 for.
There was some discomfort while she separated the lashes and avoided gluing to my skin etc but it was minor and I'm not precious about these things. For £40 I could not have asked for more!
Eyebrow tint was good too, also vg value and she has done a solid job. I would go back.

Rude and unpleasant staff. I had a pedicure and it was gloopy on one of the nails and the nails were shaped at an angle. Couldn't be bothered saying anything, I couldn't wait to get out of there and won't be returning. I had booked for another treatment too which I was told wasn't booked - it was, and I'd paid for it (treatwell have since refunded) and while i was there someone else came in who was turned away as the staff doing their treatment was off sick. Why not tell me the staff was off sick and not make out like it wasn't booked?! Strange chap on reception mumbled his explanations, no apologies. All very weird. The place is cheap though, so if you don't mind the unpleasant staff, and the odd botched nail, it's fine.

I had a spray tan, it was ok. You get changed in a treatment room and then have to walk into the corridor to get to the room with the spray tan tent, no one else was in the salon at the time but had there been, they'd have gotten an eyeful. I don't think I'd return for a spray tan for that reason but I would for other treatments - its a nice clean venue and the staff seem nice.

I had a full leg and bikini wax- overall good. Bikini line was excruciatingly painful, but the beautician tried to accommodate me.
