Spotlessly clean & inviting. Lovely firm professional massage. Asked me if I had any aches and concentrated on those areas. Started and finished on time. Only criticism, would have been more pleasant if the room was a bit warmer and darker.

Such a lovely clean salon and lovely friendly staff. The waxing was excellent and I am always satisfied with my treatment here.
Ladies' Waxing
The appointment time was amazing for me. They even saw me 10 mins early when I. I didn't get the lady's name but she did a great job on the waxing. Asking about the temperature any pressure. She wants very chatty but I just wanted to rest so that was good. The was a line of hair left on my outside right leg but that was ok. The hairs where very long to deal with and I was very happy
Ladies' Waxing
I booked an appt for a certain date/time, but was called to say they couldnt fulfill it and to come the next day instead.
The salon was clean and well presented. However when getting eyelash extension, its something involving your eyes so you want to be reasured which staff did not do at all. They asked me to just lay there. She didnt explain what the procedure consists of or how long it will take. Did not ask if i needed to use the toilet or have a glass of water before i started the procedure which i think is essentiel because your eyes are to be shut for the next 1-2hrs.
She took equipment out infront of me, which was a box of all these metal tweezers which did not appear sterile at all which did not give me much confidence. she then proceeded to sellotape my lower lashes down with difficulty, from previous experiance thats never happened as professionals always use a soothing gel pad not masking tape. it was very uncomfortable.
In general the application was painfree but not the neatest of work. The quality of the lashes arent great, theyre thick and shiny plastic whereas youre better off paying more elsewhere and getting better quality that sit on your eyelash better. She kept walking off during the procedure, leaving me with my eyes shut and very uncomfortable.
She didnt apply them very well, upon inspection half of the eyelash werent glued on properly and that the edge was poking off the lash. Also theyre werent equalised very well. Overall, i wouldnt go back, customer service and assurance is key, and this place doesnt have it.

The times got missed up partly my fault. The lady was nice enough to see me but I'd rather she didn't. Because they were fully booked I did not get her overall attention. I was left in the room almost half of the time. I felt she was trying to cater for both of us at the same time. Because of that I didn't feel I got the best out of my facial. She was a lovely lady though and she gave some great suggestions.
