I had a Hollywood waxing and it was perfectly done. A mix of cold and hot waxing was used. I would recommend it.
Brazilian Waxing
I had an hour of dermalogica deep cleanse with Glam and it was a very disappointing experience, completely different from the reviews that I've read on the website. The lady had very rough handling and appeared to be very impatient (as if she just wanna get it done asap). The extraction process was quick and she didn't get rid of all the impurities for me. I did not enjoy the facial at all and am very disappointment with the service.
Classic Facials
Great facial removed all the black heads and my skin is now glowing after being in a pretty bad way.
Eyebrows have great definition, would like the tint a bit darker but I am back there this weekend for another treatment so will ask them to do that for me then.

I had a blow dry as well as eyelash extensions, very pleased with both. The staff are very friendly and the service provided is amazing. This is now my favourite salon.

I was disappointed with the massage. I wasn't asked which areas were troubling me at all. I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage, the therapist didn't work on my lower back at all and spent well over ten minutes on my scalp. The massage was 5 minutes shorter than advertised and the pain in my back was worse when I left.
