The lady who did the blowdry was really rude and unprofessional. She had long black hair. As soon as we came in she was rushed and refused to do a curly blow dry and kept saying the price only includes wash and a simple blow dry not curly blow dry. I showed her the booking that was made on treatwell which clearly said “wash and curly blow dry with ghd”. Even her colleagues told her to curly dry but she said “don’t push me” at the end I paid £25 for her to only wash my hair. Never coming back

A poor hair cut when asking for layers/shape. The layers were very choppy, uneven, and quite abrupt, especially around my face. I asked numerous times for it to be blended more softly bur kept getting told it already was. I left disappointed. The next morning I called back and Shiv saw me to fix it and acknowledged it was a bad cut. She was really friendly and lovely and did what she could, but to be honest the cut after still wasn’t great because of the first one. I won’t be returning!
