If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have walked out. The salon’s tacky decor, peeling gold wallpaper, and chipped drawers gave a run-down, unprofessional impression. No one discussed my needs before washing my hair, and the girl washing my hair scratched my scalp with her long nails. The stylist didn't take time to properly listen to my requests and jumped ahead, leaving me with a cut I did not request, also shorter than I asked for, after drying she didn’t check it at all, so I have uneven lengths
