This is the 4th time I’ve had issues with appointments here. They rescheduled without notifying beforehand. They were so unresponsive on whatsapp despite multiple follow ups. They had not booked me for nail art so the technician told me she didn’t have time. I explained i had asked for nail art which resulted in her having to lose her next client. She said she could do the design at first, tried a few times and ultimately said she couldn’t do it so I ended up with a different design.
