Hailey is an angel - she and another tech really helped me out in expediting the process, which was taking over 45 min as the tech I had was relatively new it seems. Was a bit stressful as I needed gel removal for surgery at 11, and my appt was at 10. But it all worked out well and the shop was very sweet
