Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, welcoming was poor. Had make-up on my eyes so was given wipes to remove. Wipes were cheap and something I would never use. Treatment started ok, however, the girl who was assisting me sang and hummed through-out my treatment which was very disconcerting. Several occasions she burst into laughter, at this point I just wanted to leave. Treatment was suppose to be 1.5 hours, however it took 2.5 hours!!! Missed my train home with bloodshot eyes.
