Very relaxed and pleasant! Cristina was great and even though she was apologetic about the level of pain (which she couldn't control anyway and was due to my sensitivity) she had a no-nonsense attitude about hair. The salon is also very pleasant overall, the treatment was done in a jiffy and no hair was left behind. Even if it would be a bit of a commute I'm considering going back.
