The wax was painless (or at least way less painful than usual) and had to watch Sex & the city while getting waxed, which was relaxing.

Had a different lady this time to Cristina but she was still brilliant and got the job done perfectly. Kept checking I was ok and even slotted in a wax I didn’t book beforehand which I really appreciated. I am a regular customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else (I’ve searched high and low for the perfect wax) so highly recommend.
