Eyebrow shape excellent and Cristina took her time. The wax however was too hot and a bit uncomfortable. Cristina was not overly friendly and the session felt 'clinical '. After two visits like this, despite the great finish, I will not return which is a shame as the quality is excellent, 5 stars.

Brilliant experience, this was my first wax at this venue but I will be coming here now instead of where I normally go. I was seen immediately, the staff were great, it was the least painful wax I've ever had!
