Unfortunately I was kept waiting for 45 minutes before my treatment, which kept me very late for a hospital visit to a sick relative. As such I was forced to leave with my style unfinished. Also my highlights are not great, I've been left with a clearly visible solid line near the front of my head. Highly disappointing.
