Booked last minute. Dirty, box room. Girl was nice but she could hardly get round the bed as the room was so small. She had ran out of candles so light was on.
There was an accident on the motorway which meant I was running 15mins late. I fully appreciate that my appointment needed to be cancelled. I was initially told that if I arrived in the next 5-10 minutes I would be seen, only to be called back again very rudely to be told this was now not the case. I appreciate you work to appointments, and in this instance the delay was unavoidable. I am not disputing not getting my appointment - I am however deeply disappointed with the attitude of the girl who called me. I had prepaid and asked what would happen to that - hoping for a reappointment maybe over the next couple of days. Abruptly - I was told “you were late so you don’t get a refund.” I never asked for a refund. i was just relevantly reminded that I was late. I was only offered another appointment once I had argued my point. The girl, I think her name may be Katie, I didn’t quite catch it, was so rude on the phone that I actually said so to her - and at which point, the attitude got worse, and she told me “well I offered you another time but your going on holiday and I’m off”. The whole experience was off from the start, for a first visit to the salon, it certainly would not inspire me recommend to anyone else. I understand the lateness frustration , I was not disputing that and I understand you have tight timescales. My anger came from the behaviour and attitude I received on the end of a phone. You can keep my prepayment, maybe try investing it in some customer service training.
Had my lashes done here a few times and always been pleased with the results and it lasts 8 weeks. Sometimes a bit noisy so maybe could be more relaxing with door closed and some music in treatment room.
Fitted me in very last minute & done a great job, staff were really welcoming even though it was my first time there didn't feel like that. Will definitely be back
