Mary really cares about her clients and making sure she achieves what they want and it shows - she asks questions to make sure she gets everything right. This is also the best fringe I've ever had cut!

Mary is so lovely and friendly and I could tell she is experienced even at my patch test as she explained in lots of detail what to do if I had a reaction (other places just say to let them know if any reaction, but Mary told me how to deal with any reaction) and so I was already impressed before my appointment. The treatment itself was speedy but not rushed and Mary herself is just so friendly and kind. A great experience all round.
