i firstly could not find the place it was and old shabby place hidden in a side road, the wax had all hair over it the lady was ready to leave as i was couple of minutes late she then charged me ten pounds more for stuff which was stated as a part of the package she did half a leg when it was said full leg she burned my upper lip and under arms and under my belly its formed small spots i will not be going back there i was very polite to the lady i still didn't cause a seen but will never go back there again.

Really fantastic experience - shop does not stand out and is quite hidden but once you go through the front door, it's like a whole new ladies pampering world going on .
Dorothy makes you feel welcome from the second you first meet . She does everything herself which means you get a peaceful one on one every time .
When I say everything , I don't think there is anything she can't do beauty wise .
I've already booked my next appt and my sister is going today !
Definitely worth a try .

The lady is very nice and professional. She makes the waxing experience easier. She uses hot wax and it lasts for longer than other treatments. I will come back.
