I was told that she couldn’t remove my gel as she had removed this type before and it took an hour. She was very pleasant and, believing this to be true, I was happy to thank her for her time. However, because I needed the nails off for a wedding the next day I had to remove them myself which was quick, easy and I just soaked them in acetone for 30 minutes. If I can do this at home I have no doubt this could also have been done in the salon at an appointment that I paid, and wasn’t refunded for.

My first time at the salon so didn't know what to expect. The stylist who have me a haircut was lovely and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing. I've noticed they've got a few regulars that come in for blow-dries so that's good to see. One thing I wish they had were little hangers so you could hang your bag in front of you whilst having a haircut. I like to have everything on hand
