I had a haircut with Kayleigh, the senior stylist and I was very happy with the cut. She took a lot of time to make it just right. I had some issues with my treat well code at the end, but they were very patient and helpful. I would definitely go back again x

Firstly, the lady that did my treatment was amazing, great attention to detail. BUT I had the treatment on Thursday and by Sunday all my nails have chipped. I don’t blame the therapist, maybe the products are not the best quality? The spray tan was really nice.
My issue was the reception was rude when I arrived. My appointment was at 6pm, the lady told me it was actually at 6:15pm, and then asked if I booked through Treatwell, she told me to wait 15minutes, no problem but she never apologised for the wait and made it sound like it was my fault. She was rude about it and it really ruined my experience and I won’t be returning.
