The staff are absolutely delightful. I had an issue with my treatment and I contacted them and they have dealt with it in a very professional manner. I am just waiting for the resolution from treatwell, but I cannot fault their professionalism. I will still go back as they have been so kind and helpful.

Lovely local beauty/hair salon for me but have not been there very often. Have only tried with hair treatment in the past so this is first time having my eyelashes done there. I want to say I am very happy with eyelashes itself. However, I am not 100% happy with the booking process. I had booked the date/time that I wanted ( which is showing as available on Treatwell) but 2 mins after the booking, the salon owner called to say the slot I booked is not available. I had to rearrange to another date/time which is not very convenient for me. Secondly, I was told on the phone that I need to sign a disclaimer as I'd never had lashes done in this salon before. At first I was happy with that. But later on when I emailed back and ask if I can come to have a patch test, I got no reply. I had also did not get asked to sign a disclaimer before I had my lashes done. So this is my whole experience. I would say I will definitely go back again for my lashes as they are lovely and light ( much better than my other local salon which I had done previously) but I hope not to have same booking issue again.
