BUT I had the treatment on Thursday and by Sunday all my nails have chipped. I don’t blame the therapist, maybe the products are not the best quality? The spray tan was really nice.
My issue was the reception was rude when I arrived. My appointment was at 6pm, the lady told me it was actually at 6:15pm, and then asked if I booked through Treatwell, she told me to wait 15minutes, no problem but she never apologised for the wait and made it sound like it was my fault. She was rude about it and it really ruined my experience and I won’t be returning.

The staff are absolutely delightful. I had an issue with my treatment and I contacted them and they have dealt with it in a very professional manner. I am just waiting for the resolution from treatwell, but I cannot fault their professionalism. I will still go back as they have been so kind and helpful.
