I called the next day to say I would be there at 3:35 and was told they can't fit me in. Terrible service. What's the point of giving people an appointment.

Very happy with my LVL lashes so as long as they last for at least 4 weeks (told they would last 5 to 6 weeks) I will be going back. Although Therapist was very friendly and certainly knew this procedure well I would have liked her to talk me through what she was doing at each step as it stung slightly at times and I wasn't sure if it should. Providing it lasts which it has so far but only had it done 4 days ago I am very happy with them.
