Got shellac done, all lifted and pealed off with in 3 days, contacted Glamour and sent pictures, asked for my money back and they said to come in to get them fixed, I said no as the were so badly done the first time I didn’t want them done again there, I just wanted my money back, no reply from them and that was one week ago, I would not recommend this place for shellac and shocking customer service.

The girl was lovely. My appointment started on time and finished the same way. Sadly the girl started to shape my nails in a "square" shape without asking first. I am not fan of that shape but I agree I did not say anything. I did got 2 layers of the prep, 3 layers of color and 2 layers of finishing. Nevertheless I did not like the finish product. I have done my nails with SHELLAC before and even tho I understand that I gap must be left to avoid lumps when the nail is growing but the gap is quite big, in one finger is even 1-2mm, in another nail there's even a lump. I even came back to the place and they just told me that, this is how it must be done. As I said I have done my nails before and it never looks like this. I am getting marry this weekend which with this poor application service increase my existing stress to the big day.
