The receptionist struggled to find another time to reschedule so I moved other arrangements to attend. The haircut itself was ok but quite rushed and I didn't get the usual friendly chat I expect when I get my haircut either.

I had my first swedish massage today at Glamour and it was lovely. The lady who did the massage was very professional and the salon was very clean. I came out feeling relaxed, with all the tension knots from sitting at a desk all day gone. Will definitely be returning sometime soon.

I read good reviews about this salon so decided to get a deal which was for full head hilights, cut & blow dry to test it out. As I walked in I was greeted by two ladies on reception. The salon itself is very clean, cosy and well equipped. Simona who was on reception was incredibly friendly throughout my whole stay. Although I had bought the full head hi lights package I explained to Simona (who translated the information to the girl doing my hair) that I liked my current hair colour and didn't want blonde hi lights but caramel low lights instead as my roots are very dark. Simona translated this and I was told the hairdresser understood and that they would do the hilights on roots only and then tone my hair down so its all even ( I was informed about extra charge for Toner and £10 on top because my hair was past my shoulders - which was fine and I agreed to go ahead). To cut a long story short - I left the hair salon mostly with blonde hair. What upset me most was that the girl who did my hair did not notice at first that I wasn't happy with the results. When she asked for my opinion I told her the hair looked nice but was too light ( which is what I said I didn't want)....she walked off and left her colleague, Simona, to deal with me. I expect a good hairdresser to at least offer to fix the hair if the customer is not happy. The hair colour itself looks very natural and I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to get natural looking blonde hilights. She cut my hair just as I asked and also did a lovely blowdry at the end. My suggestion would be please listen to your customers and if unsure ask to see a picture. I don't think I'll be returning here again as I don't feel that I was listened to as a customer.
It was my first time so was very nervous. Mary is very friendly and professional on what she does and relaxed me so much that I was s upraised she also was very patient and didnt rushed. However, unfortunately I had a reaction as my skin got very red and sore a day after till now (6 days).

Hairdresser was rude and she was sniffing while cutting my hair. I showed her pictures of a haircut that I want, she didn't pay much attention, then started to cut my longish hair with shaving machine... I wanted short hair, but not shaved with no. 4... She didn't ask almost nothing, was doing what she likes, made my quite thin hair even thinner and was so happy with her job, that took pictures after and I wasn't asked, I was just informed that she will do that. After a week haircut still looks bad, some parts of my haircut are just standing, because are took short and I have to use a gel to give my hair even, normal shape. Payed for that 28.... really wouldn't be so angry if it would be 5 or 10, but 28.....
