As people have said you might not feel pampered but I don't mind efficient hair cuts and don't particularly want to chat, it's very efficient, I was in washed, cut and blow-dried in about 30 minutes, I didn't get asked what kind of style I wanted it blow-dried to, I usually like a slight wave at the ends but it was v straight which was fine but no-one asked. The cut was great though, I like to wait a few weeks from cut to see how I can style it and it's been v manageable she did a great job, for that reason alone is go back.
