I enjoyed the ambient atmosphere and that the stylist didn't make small talk with me. For me that's a massive advantage and makes the experience more relaxing. Only thing is she didn't look at my hair when it was dry when I first came in so i didn't get to explain properly what I wanted. The haircut wasn't bad, but she took too much off and as my hair is naturally curly it now looks much shorter than what I wanted. Partly my fault as I should have made the effort to explain properly.
