The lady who cut my hair was lovely! She paid attention to exactly what I wanted and delivered! I have lovely layers now - will definitely be going back. They charged a reasonable price and also offered a free of charge straightening service as they were running 5 minutes late - very pleased.
This was my first time visiting this salon and unfortunately I feel like the treatment itself was just about average.
I booked in for a shellac removal and manicure and although the staff were friendly and the there was a range of colours to choose from for the manicure, I was disappointed in the treatment. I expected my cuticles to be cut (which didn't happen) and the filing of the nails was done so softy. I had to ask for cream at the end of the treatment and with the salons I have been to in the past, oil and cream is usually something that is applied without asking. As well as this, the polish started chipping after a week which is a first for me. It might be a while before I give this salon another try.
