Lovely little salon, have used before but different staff this time.....

I've never had an issue with this salon, always a very pleasant experience however it seemed very disorganised at my last visit. There just seemed to be too many clients for the number of staff and they were moving between multiple clients with different treatments, my nail tech left me alone to answer the phone, take payments and to see to other clients - my appt took almost 90 minutes just for a gel polish!
Zara was lovely, friendly and professional. Massage of lower legs and arms as part of pedicure and manicure was amazing. I felt welcomed and relaxed. The hair mask from Sayeh has made my hair shiny and soft. Both lovely people.
