Gail is a lovely lady, very welcoming but very professional. Her retreat in the garden at Willow Cottage is a delightful haven if you’re looking for a relaxing treatment. I had the anti aging facial which was a bargain at £20 as I’d booked it at short notice from the website. Would highly recommend!
