Gail has thoroughly thought about and implemented extra hygiene precautions to adhere with government guidelines and to keep her clients safe! She’s added a new handwashing & sanitising station before entering her beauty room and deep cleans in between clients. She also wore the full PPE (including a visor!) throughout my treatment. As a respiratory nurse it was really comforting to see her take the guidelines so seriously. (And as expected, my treatment was delivered at a high standard!).

Gail made me feel at ease and comfortable before, during and after the waxing. She took great care to ensure my allergies would not be affected with the products she used. Friendly, happy lady who I highly recommend. I will be back.
