Gail is clearly experienced and I felt perfectly comfortable with her. She uses a type of wax that is particularly well suited to waxing in the bikini area which I have not seen others use but it was very effective and relatively pain-free. Excellent value also - I will certainly go back.

The therapist has a lovely touch and the atmosphere created was relaxing. To make it even more relaxing, I personally would have 'enjoyed' a more comfortable chair to wait in (there were two of us having treatments) and to have been able to to either choose my own music or to have taken some with me.
