Good venue in centre of York, however did not get powder dip as booked. Took over an hour to get my old powder dip off and could not get it all off. Then the only bottle of ‘glue’ she had for the dip had the lid firmly shut. Had to have gel, and as all my prior sns was not completely removed it’s showing through. I asked for my nails to be cut and shaped as rounded but a couple have one side round and the other side square.

Anna did an amazing job for me. I had a severely damaged nail which she managed to treat and the gel looks amazing. She was incredibly patient and professional. Really impressive.
