The place was quite empty and seemed like a shell of a salon. It was ok - not the luxury feel you can get from some places.
The beauty therapist kept asking me to check if she had missed bits of my eyebrows and if they followed the natural shape. Maybe lack of confidence, but that is the beauticians job, not mine. I left the salon with uneven eyebrows and a huge lump of wax still on one (realised when I got home). I had to go in with tweezers and take off bits that that had been missed.

Had the most relaxing massage this afternoon! Being able to book a same day appointment was great too. Anna was polite, friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Would 100% recommend to anyone:)

First time I've had a 'dipping powder' manicure. Anna has a good range of colours, she explained the process, how long it would take and whyeach step was necessary. Nails look great and Iwill definitely be visiting again
