Anna was absolutely lovely but on inspection when I got home I realised a few of my toes had been filed and had bled. When I got my toe nails filed a few of them actually hurt but thought I was maybe being a bit too sensitive. I've now realised that I have cuts on my toes where they have obviously been filed. Now understand why I felt pain. Really not sure what happened and how this wasn't noticed by her? Unfortunately won't be returning due to this as it should of been a relaxing experience
