She put such thick layers of gel polish on my nails that it didn’t set properly under the lamp and smudged by the time I got back to my hotel. I mentioned this to her and she tried to tell me it was the formula of the polish. She applied it carelessly and was constantly having to wipe my fingers with cotton wool. Manicure is also described as “express manicure” taking 45 mins, it took her almost 90 mins. Didn’t offer me a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wanted to leave a review just to express how much I enjoyed the treatment with Anna. She was so kind and considerate. The deluxe pedicure was so well done and Anna was kind enough to stay way past closing to make sure that each stage was done to a high standard. Can’t recommend highly enough. I will be telling all my friends in York.

I booked in last minute for a back, neck and shoulder massage. Anna was very friendly and gave a very good massage, was not disappointed! The venue needs work, but for a start up in difficult times, it’s not the worst and the treatment more than made up for it. Would visit again for sure!
