The manicurist seems very inexperienced. I had the gel manicure and all of my nails were filed and painted super unevenly. It was odd that the manicure was done dry as well (I did not put my hands in warm water). I was there well over an hour rather than 35 minutes with one nail having to be re-done during the appointment and 2 nails have already had the gel come off within 1 day. The other nails have uneven amounts of gel on and are lumpy and see-through. I would not recommend.
