It’s a normal salon, maybe good for threading and facial but terrible for hair cut

My original appointment was at 11.30am, the lady asked me to come at 12.30pm because she is not checking the app and was unaware of my appointment, and finally when I arrived, she asked me to wait until 1pm. I was supposed to have hair up but the lady doing it was off, so the other girl could only do straightening. I took forever. Very disappointed.

When I arrive, the lady was not aware I was coming and was about to leave ( glad I arrived a bit early). They do not check Treatwell and availabilities are not up to date in the Treatwell app. When I told her I have another treatment the day after, she said she cannot do it because she is away! The waxing was ok but the cleanliness is poor and it was quickly done. Nothing to add, I won’t go back.

I was attended to very quickly and my eyebrows looked immaculate afterwards. I will definitely return!
