Called to apologise and said would rebook in a few days when home. When called back asked about possibly getting a partial refund towards a new appointment (obvs not a full one) and was told very abruptly to speak to Treatwell not them. When I did so, Treatwell had been told to refuse me any refund. Disappointing customer service, guess they would rather lose repeat business than show a bit of flexibility or understanding.

Megan was absolutely fab!! Best balayage I’ve had - Megan was really attentive and I love my new hair, the colour is just right and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable too!

Loved my curls done by Megan today. Salon had lovely atmosphere and Megan made me feel so welcome. Even gave me advice on how to prolong my curls for the next few days. Definitely be back!
