Joanne was fantastic. I have struggled with finding someone that understands my hair and it’s various swoops. The texture changes as I’ve gotten older and grown out my grey. I gave her my hair are routine and preferences, then she balanced that with my face and hair challenges. Probably one of the best cuts I’ve had in 5 years.
