Excellent haircut - I love it & my stylist listened to exactly what I wanted. I was made to feel so comfortable. Really clean, friendly environment.

Although the staff were lovely, the colour was not. Left me with very orange tones in my hair - I had to request that it was fixed (the very orange patches) before leaving. At this stage I was there for a good 3 hours and I needed to leave so I wouldnt of been able to stay any longer getting it further fixed. I'm on the way now to another hairdressers to fix it completely. The balayage was painted too high up and none of it is blended. Parts of the back of my hair (underneath top layer) is patchy and parts clearly missed which I couldn't see. Very poor colour and many people commented on it stating that it was very patchy. Poor for over £100 wouldn't be back.
