Really aggressive nail removal and filing, the acetone was left on for no time and then 90% removed using electric tools. It felt extremely rushed and they kept saying yes to walk-ins despite clearly being full and not having the time. Normally nails should be soaked in acetone for longer to allow the gel to soften. Cut and file was so aggressive it was painful and my nails are all uneven and jagged. Took little more than 5mins in total!!
