I booked and paid online so that I could pop in and out. After I declined their attempts at upselling, they wouldn’t let me leave without magical new add-on charges appearing. Absolute thieves.

It was a cool, pleasant, spacious space in Richmond town centre. Nam was professional, kind and friendly. I hadn’t realised it was cas only so i had to go to the bank before i could pay.
