Been coming here for 6 years and I was left on my own for around 45 mins all together. Someone who came at the same time as me left 30 mins before me. I wasn’t seen for 15 mins at first and was left on my own for half the time. Took an hour and a half for a set of acrylics, when the advertised time was around 45. The nails were done well, but it shouldn’t take this long. Wasn’t seen by the technician requested at all.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lisa and Stephen are experts,meticulous perfectionists ! Always an excellent manicure. Plus the pedicures here are absolute bliss !

In the past I've avoiding getting my nails done as I've found the filing/buffing painful. But the team here were great and it didn't hurt at all. My nails look lovely and the manicure was good.

My nails look great and Stephen is great!! But the place is kind of dirty. The towel that I rest my hands on was dirty and damp and had clearly been used before. Every client should have a fresh, clean, dry towel when they are getting their nails done.
