Sara gave me an all over body massage for 1hr 30 mins. Not once did she let off the deep tissue massage. Never had a treatment under an infrared heat lamp. Was a nice touch. Felt achy the next day but to be expected when I've gone so long without a massage and she worked so hard.
Would definitely recommend if you want a deep tissue massage.

Absolutely fantastic massage. I went into my massage feeling really achy and tired, today I feel really energised and not aching at all. The lady who did my massage was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I've never had an infared light over me while having a massage, it was lovely. I'll definitely be back x
