Booked my first appointment and turned up only to find the place completely shut. Phoned Treatwell and was informed I will get a call-back from the owner, that didn't happen. I tried to book again the next day because this place is at a very convenient location, minutes after booking my appointment I got a call from the salon telling me that they can't see me on the time I chose through Treatwell and they will text me available dates instead. Never got that text. Real shame because I just moved to the area and this place seems lovely and just around the corner! Perhaps booking in person is a better option that through Treatwell!
