Terrible!! Avoid at all costs!! Nothing like I asked for and the eyelashes start coming off the next day! When I mentioned how they are nothing like I wanted she got all defensive and start showing me what eyelashes were used. The eyelashes are all over the place! The glue in one area irratated my eye which I had to cut off with scissors as she didn't even bother chekcing after she did them! No after care, nothing! I do better job myself and I am not a trained beautician!

Glamoureyes was very professional.relaxing.friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. I travelled sixty miles to get lash extensions and I will definitely be back for more treatments.i would recommend glamoureyes to everyone.

I believe you should treat everyone with a basic level of compassion and understanding – it makes the world a much nicer place. And that’s why, when my initial appointment was rescheduled twice, I was okay with it. The owner seemed to be having a bad week, we have all been there, and her communication was clear and timely.
Going in for my appointment was also fine and the treatment went well. Unfortunately the aftercare and latter customer service I’m afraid I am having to leave some negative feedback for.
It was my first time getting this sort of lash extension which needs professionally removed. The owner was going to be away for some leave, which she let me know and I was absolutely fine with. I left her a message to contact me on her return. Which she did, to tell me the salon faced some water damage totally out with her control.
I am very sympathetic to this, especially given it was around a time when she could have done without it. We arranged for me to pop in the next morning before the workmen arrived to have the lash removal. This was by message at 6:30pm. She asked me to come in at 10:45am the next day, Friday. I took time off work and went to the salon. When I arrived she had forgotten to tell me not to come in and could not remove the lashes for me.
She asked if I could come in on the Monday after the weekend, at 12:10pm. I agreed as I really wanted the remaining lashes removed as they were looking pretty wonky by this point. So I took time off work again, called three times in the morning to check the appointment was going ahead with no response, and set off to the salon.
When I arrived, the salon was closed. With no one in sight. I knocked but no one came to the door. I waited just in case but, you guessed it, no one came. I have no messages or missed calls.
So here I am with wonky lashes, having been forgotten about for a second time. While I really hate leaving negative reviews and I am very sympathetic to the elements of this saga which were out with the owner’s control, she could have contacted me. I was trialling these lashes for a very special occasion in a few months’ time and I definitely don’t want any damage to my natural lashes which I hope the extended time they’ve been on hasn’t done. I can’t recommend you book here if you have a special event you absolutely must have something done for as my experience has been so unreliable. I'm very sorry for the owner's difficulties but I want to be honest about the impact on my personal time trying to get these lashes off!

My lashes have never looked better! Best thing I've ever done, I'm so happy with how they turned out and I highly recommend this salon!!
