Absolutely awful. Paid £20 on the app and explained that to them in the shop. They friend making me pay an extra £27 for the length and design. Rip off. I always go to this salon and this time has done worst experience. All they see is money… Never again

Despite arriving during my appointment slot all 3 members of staff were busy with other customers. So I waited 25 minutes until they became available. The manicure itself turned out quite bad. I have uneven amounts of polish on my cuticles and streaky layers of polish on my nails. The colour is nice but that's about it Also they don't accept card payments apparently. So I had to go to an ATM. After I paid I noticed that the polish hadn't dried properly so one nail looked smudged off.
