The technician did not seem to know what I had booked when I arrived, Aanya was very firm but worked out tension. Did the mentioned sales pitch at the end while getting dressed. Issue was when I was leaving they said I hadn't paid for the full session and had to pay. She said I had an hour session but paid for half an hour. I had no control over this and it wasnt my fault. She demanded I pay or couldn't leave, even though this was nothing to do with me. Really ruined the experience for me sadly
