My friend and I went to get our eyebrows waxed at the same time. Mine was fine although she ended up giving me a threading rather than wax as the wax wasn’t hot enough. My friends experience however was horrendous in that they tried to wax her first then dropped some wax in her eyelash extension meaning the woman cutting the wax out of her eyelash which now have to be infilled professionally. The atmosphere wasn’t relaxing as they were arguing between themselves. Not recommended.

Had a full leg wax done, choose to go here as my usual salon was fully booked, and was a little disappointed with the whole experience. The staff were lovely, but the actual waxing that was done was pretty poor and I’ve been left with bruising/burns where the wax wasn’t pulled off quick enough and I’ve never had this before.
